p/s: i'm not under any autism =D
don't think too much ah!! LOL
*Happy 22nd Birthday to my 2nd brother =)*
same as before, ginnette will flood the corn soup with vermicelli and i will flood the tom yam soup with seaweed! haha.
but the tom yam soup tasted really sour. what kind of soup was that? =/
wooh, our barbequed crab and prawn. and not forgetting audrey, the murderer, just pulled off the live prawn's head and shell. omg, they were not dead loh. audrey removed it just like that!!!!! MURDERER!!! audrey was 杀虾凶手!
i ate alot today. but i'm not as bloated as that day when we ate sakae sushi. that time really took hours for me to digest all those sushi! anyway, we still can happily chatting on our secondary school days. i think our (daphne, ginnette and me) sec 1 and 2 class was more happening than audrey, lisa and wai keong's class.
*FYI, we were different class for sec 1 and 2*
our sec 1 and 2 was the most "well-known" class because our class ALWAYS had problem. my class got too many pai kia kind of student. sec 2 was the worse if compared!
and every week, there sure be a time to check our bag because our class stuffs always got stolen. class fund stolen, handphone stolen, etc.
and the principle loves visiting our class and gave us scolding. even our form teacher will made us stand up and had a solid scolding session for the whole 2 periods. but once the bell rang, we would go YAY.
such a happening class i had. i missed those times! although it's one of the worse class! at least, i got to experience myself in a worse class (1N1 - 2N1) and the best class (3N1 - 5N1)
after sec 3, i had a more decent class. and proud to say. I'm proud to be in that class for the whole 3 years, 3N1 - 5N1. and this time round, it's really a well-known class, no longer "well-known" anymore. haha.
okay, back to the steamboat.
bear bear shirts family in Malacca finally get to reunion in Singapore!
and not forgetting, wai keong, me, ginnette and audrey imitating lisa's trademark pose. scratch head with both the biting lips, and opening mouth one. quick, master her trademark pose and pose to her. =X *flee*
and welcome to the 梁家村
chief of the village: joel neo
fellow villager: ME!!!
eh, what was lisa's doing behind? LOL
what was lisa doing behind, AGAIN?
*sings* he's a sunny yellow banana superman~
table 2: vanissa, wai keong, joel, li jun, lisa and audrey
after archery, we watched movie, Street Fighter - The Legend of Chun-li, at the cineplex. the ticket there was much more cheaper than singapore. 1 ticket costs RM11 only. SO CHEAP!
the movie was super boring. most of us almost dozed off. the reason we didn't fell asleep was because the seats were too cramped, small and uncomfortable. sit until my butt pain, back pain, everywhere pain.after movie, we went shopping around and saw this white beanie in one of the shop. so we itchy hand, took it and tried it on our head. looked pretty nice ah?
after that went to Snow World and play.it's negative 5 degree celsius inside. the slide-down thing with a float one was super fun. although my butt hit the ground was super painful and i thought i might fly out any moment, but it's worth the play!
we were given free ice-cream as well after the play. haha. but can't they served us something hot instead?
after that went to KFC for dinner. order a 15pcs chicken family feast and shared together. i think everyone appetite became smaller, 9 people couldn't finished 15 pieces of chicken. and we have to use back the same old game, "the number game". the rule is: loser will get to eat a piece of unfinished chicken!
and i'm the "lucky" one to have the last piece of drumstick!!! =(
went back to hotel and we were busy jotting down what we spent for the day, and calculated the money we left. lol
________________________________________________________________________
next, we walked from indoor to outdoor, and outdoor back to indoor looking for some ride, but couldn't find at all. so we went outdoor to play, outside was very windy and cooling.
the first outdoor ride, we took the Pirate Ship. everybody was up on the ship, starting off, we only occupied the first 3 rows.
sitting on the 2nd row of the pirate ship.
after the first round of pirate ship. ginnette, guang hao, vanissa and me found it's not that challenging enough. so we went to queue up for the second time, this time round sitting right at the end. Y^.^Y
this is the real challenge. it's almost like 90 degree. haha.
this is more FUN!!!
next, the same 4 of us went to take Corkscrew, a very fast rollercoaster that turned 360 degree. so thrilling!
coming up next is the Grand Prix Fun Kart, this one we queued super long, i think we queued for like almost an hour, and there's a height limit for it. minimun must be 153cm.
yeah, i managed to get through. ginnette was almost there already, but.........rejected XD
*attention to my poly friends, stop saying i'm below 150cm =D*
drove round and round 6 times, the wind blew until my hand very cold loh!! shivering already. haha. i think only daphne, lisa and me drove 6 rounds only, the rest FAST one can drove 7 rounds loh. =( i jealous~
then we went to take a boat to the Dinosaurland.
the boat was super slow
inside the dinosaurland got nothing interesting, so after we alighted from the boat. we saw this place with snake, bird, parrot, lizards, etc. and we can take picture with them. haha
while on the bridge near the dinosaurland.
lastly, we went to play the Spinner, wow i was sitting the one most outside one, so when it started spinning, i almost thought i might fly off or will bang to the cafe next to it. so fun~
and then, at around 3.30pm, we rushed like some mad person to Highlands Hotel there to take Genting Skyway down to Mid Valley. we thought the last skyway was at 5pm, and was afraid that we would missed the last skyway back. but actually the last ride was at 12am loh~ zzz
we bought some sourvenirs there, and then took the skyway back to highlands hotel, while walking back to first world, we were all starving already.
just happened to walk past Sushi King, so we decided to give it a try.
Day 3 - 7th March 2009
woke up at 7am. we went down to First World Cafe at level 8 for our buffet breakfast. the food they served was not that bad.
after that, we went back to our room and packed all our belongings and checked out at around 9.15am. we booked 3 taxis to drive us down to Kuala Lumpur. one taxi charged us RM70 sia.
lisa insisted each taxi must at least have 1 guy, and the guy must sit infront. anyway, we just nice have 3 guys with us. so they each took up the responsibilities to sit infront. hoho~
and then, DOWN WE GO to KL. it took us 1 hour to reach Puduraya, KL. we reached there around 10.30am, and all of us hold our barang barang very tightly. just in case.... who knows someone will just come forward to me and snatch away my bag!!!! my passport~~
our barang barang on the floor, but we formed a circle surrounded it.
so wanna steal our bag, not that easy =D
then, we booked bus tickets to malacca. one person RM15. we quickly brought our belongings up to the bus. we felt very unsafe standing outside and wait.
the bus was supposed to set off at 11.30am, but it delayed until 12pm. sia lah, wasted our precious time leh. it drove for 2.5 hours before reaching Melaka Sentral, and then we need to book another 3 taxis that will drive us in straight to our hotel. another RM15 gone for 1 taxi.
we checked in to Hotel Puri at around 3.30pm. and this is actually one of the place they filmed "The Little Nyonya". showed you some familiar pictures. =D
the 'kam cheng" in the show.
the place looked very familiar right? lol. wai keong kept imitating "Ah Tao" in the show loh. so funny~
we went in to our room to dump our bags inside. our room was so big, so spacious, so wow. much more bigger than genting one. maybe because there's 2 queen size bed, that's why they gave us a big room. so audrey, daphne, ginnette and me shared one room, and the rest shared another.
we had our lunch at Uncle Keong, and i ordered their signboard dish, Mee Sua with scallops and shark fins. it tasted delicious, maybe we were too hungry after the 6 hours of travelling.
after lunch, we went to a temple and pray. offer joss stick and gave some donation before walking around the places.
some attractive places we walked to....
after that, we walked to Art & Craft Market to shop around, but it started to rain so heavily when were about to leave, and total we only have 3 umbrellas to share among 9 people. thanks to 3 clever people who rest their umbrellas in the hotel, and the 3 happened to be daphne, lisa and me =D. if not for us, we would have 6 umbrellas in total loh.
the rain was indeed too heavy, we only can bring 6 people at a time with 3 umbrellas, so we have to take turn. guang hao, vannisa and wai keong stay back and wait.stop at one shelter place, and audrey have to bring the 3 umbrellas back to them. since all of us were already wet, to stop the trouble, we decided to squeeze 3 people in one umbrella!
we walked super fast back to our hotel and bring out another 3 umbrellas, by the time we brought out all 6 umbrellas, the rain stopped. @#$%^&*(&%!
walked around Jonker Walk - Night Flea Market, it looked like singapore pasar malam. lol. we bought alot of things from there loh. and there's really alot of people squeezing here and there.
when we were shopping happily, kelvin realised his handphone was stolen. omg, they were already so alert le, how the hell the thief managed to steal it? and they are like high-class thief sia. steal already, still helped you zipped back your bag.
while kelvin and lisa went to make a police report, the rest of us continued walking and had our dinner at a coffeeshop. i ate my belove assam laksa =D. we went back hotel and rest then!
kelvin and lisa came back after reporting the case, they didn't have their dinner at all, so we went down to the street looking for food at around 1am. and sadly, all stalls had already closed. in the end, bought 3 cheesecakes at a pub-kind-of-place, and brought it back to the hotel.
gathered everyone down at the hotel lobby and have our dessert supper at 2am. haha

Day 4 - 8th March 2009
woke up at 7am, we had our breakfast at Hotel Puri Buffet. the food was more nicer than genting one. haha.
after breakfast, we asked the hotel receptionist helped us rent a van which costed us RM200. it drove us to Mini Malaysia.the entrance fee was RM12 each, but my student card helped me save RM2.00. hahahahaha
okay, this place was a little bit boring. it showed us the houses of different states of malaysia.audrey was there bringing and introducing us those different houses.
and she looked exactly like a proprty agent. lol but we gave up after visiting 3 to 4 houses. haha. wai keong complaint that he doesn't want to buy house. LOL!!!the weather was crazy in Malacca. it was soooooo damn hot, very much more hotter than Singapore.
after visiting those houses, we went to watch some dance performace at the central stage there.next, we proceeded to the Melaka World's Bee Museum.
they sold all kinds of honey. but too bad i didn't see any real bee inside leh. where is the bees? anyway, audrey, daphne and lisa bought some honey back. and audrey bought 3 BIG BOTTLES of honey. O_O
we waited for our van to come and pick us up and ask the driver to drive us to some shopping centre nearest to our hotel.
he dropped us at Melaka Megamall, and that's the end of his job. RM200 only drove us to Mini Malaysia, and drove us back. easy money sia!
splitted into 3 groups to shop, and we meet at Carrefour an hour later. shop for junk food there... take a look....
one whole trolley of junk foods. that's not the end yet. one trolley was just a part of it. we still have a few baskets more of sweets, chocolates, chewing gums, chips, crackers, bread, can food, cup noodles, etc.
guang hao bought the most from Carrefour. he one person spent RM80++ on those junk food. haha. we had a really hard time carried all those carrefour bags and walked back to our hotel. there's quite a distance from the shopping centre to our hotel loh. and we have to bear with the hot weather.
dumped our stuffs at one corner, and quickly went to down again. we had our lunch at a nearby Nyonya Restaurant, i love the assam chicken. =)
continued our shopping spree at the Night Flea Market. this time round, we bought even more things. haha. looked like everyone was buying a rubik's cube. and the 6 girls all bought the same bear bear t-shirts, but with six different colours - white, pink, dark pink, peach, green and blue.
short of vanissa's pink colour shirt.
gathered around a magician stall and mesmerizing on those tricks he did. audrey, ginnette and guang hao bought those magic items back and then managed to learn the tricks from them. haha.can this "pop pop" still be found in singapore? i want to take my revenge sia. kelvin and wai keong always joined forces and threw the pop pop to my leg. never give me peace T_T
walked round and round looking for the cheapest cuttlefish. lol. then some bought a few boxes of butter pineapple tarts. i felt like buying, but scared my mother will scream at me when i bought it home. so dropped the idea of buying =( bought fried carrot cakes back to hotel and eat. and it doesn't taste very nice loh.
we were very busy displaying all our 站利品 (items) out. everything that we bought during the 4 days.
what a mess we created to the room!! haha
we looked as if we are setting up a stall to sell things. lol. audrey and daphne funny lah. they bought tooooo many things already. after taking the picture, they realised they are one more thing haven't add in, so take a picture again.
and then again, they found and digged out more things out. and then they have to retake and retake the pictures again, until EVERYTHING was inside the picture without missing out any! hahahamagazines that i bought at genting with lisa. eh, they are my great friends when i'm inside the toilet. haha
cover page:

1 cap (for my elder brother)
1 pair of pink earrings (for fazillah)
1 milk teddy wallet
1 bracelet
1 white hairband

and then, at around 2am, we cooked 3 cup noodles, a few siew mai that we bought earlier on at the night market, tuna bread, and a bottle of pokka green tea as our supper. hahaat last, we went to bed at around 2.30am, before we went to sleep. and the fun thing was we actually sang the chorus of "tong hua" before sleeping. haha. ________________________________________________________________________
Day 5 - 9th Macrh 2009
woke up at 9am. haha, we overslept. we still take our own sweet time taking pictures before going down and meet the rest.i think this shot is nice. looked at ginnette and my expression when audrey the "molester" who was trying to attack us!!
breakfast at the same place as yeterday. and then we visited the The Baba Nyonya Heritage Museum, this is another place that filmed "The Little Nyonya" as well. interesting place and interesting culture.
trying out our bear bear shirts
we quickly went back to our room and continued packing ours stuffs. i had a hard time stuffing and squeezing everything inside my bag. really cannot fit in everything loh. i regretted never bring extra bag along.we are ready to go!
looked at the extra barang barang we had. so heavy! checked out at 12.30pm, we asked the hotel reeptionist helped us called for cab. and waited at the lobby.
