30th October 2009 - friday

celebrating Ah Wong's 20th birthday today. we had our dinner at Fish & Co because of the birthday girl. but she was late, late until she didn't even appeared there. only Haya, Linnet, Sangeetha, Ram and me had our dinner.

ordered Seafood Platter and shared together with Haya and Linnet. but i was eyeing more at Ah Ta's New York Fish & Chips =D

i love eating lemon =) and i totally find the mussels very disgusting =X

after eating, we walked to Plaza Singapura and meet Ah Wong. and then all of them were tempted to play the Toy Catching game. because the soft toy was dangling down there..

so they went to try their luck by catching it. there were a few times where Ram managed to catch it, but it dropped down afterward, and Ah Wong was screaming so loud. i remembered she screamed 3 times. after spending like $13 or so, Ram managed to catch it for Wong Li Ting =D, and that was when Ah Wong screamed for her third time XD

after that, Linnet went to level 5 to get her car with Haya, and the rest went to level 2 for Liting's car. and then off we drove to Marina Barrage to meet Ben and Zach.

something wrong with Orville today because throughout the journey, he nagged non-stop like an uncle. LOL.

walked around, and there was nothing much to see also. so we walked up the slope to the grass field. but it was so wet and muddy after the rain earlier on. yuck!~

Haikal reached not long after as well xD. and thanks to him and his powerful photography skills, he managed to take nice night shot picture.

so we waited and waited until the clock struck 12, and we surprised Liting with a birthday cake =D. and we were trying all ways to block the wind and light the candle.

and just when we finished singing the birthday song, it started to rain. the guys never give up on lighting the candle. they even squat down to one corner and continue lighting the candle because Ah Wong have not made her wish yet =s



and Linnet and me were the first to run down to the shelther. i do not want to get sick at this time when i'm going for my Batam trip the next day loh.

so we continued the birthday celebration at the shelter. lighting the candle again, singing the birthday song again, blowing the candle again. haha

the guys were so into the jumping shot that they kept jump and jump and jump. just to get one perfect jump shot. and it was not esay loh.

in the end, i still get caught in the rain while walking out to the carpark for their cars. took Linnet's car home together with Haya and Sangeetha. Thanks for sending me home =D

and i have not packed my bag for Batam trip yet. omg!~
