Malaysia - Malacca Trip Day 1
yay! i went Malacca with my parent and their friends. at least for once, it wasn't a one day trip. haha. i got to stay one night at Malacca xD.
we gathered at Jalan Bukit Merah at 6.30am to wait for the bus to fetch us to the Singapore and Malaysia checkpoint. after getting our passport stamped at the Malaysia checkpoint, we got to meet our tour guide and changed to a 26 seater bus. haha.
oh ya, this is the first time i got a solo seat xD
and after waiting for everybody to be seated in the bus, off we go for our tour in Malaysia. we were brought to a coffeeshop kind of place at 8.40am for breakfast.
i had Wan Tan Mee as breakfast.
and my parent ordered Kway Chap. i don't really like Kway Chap, if i ever eat that, i will be wasting my money because i only eat the braised egg only. those intestine was a turn-off to me =S.
after breakfast, we went up to the bus and continued our journey. it's a long 3 hours ride before we reached the restaurant which we will be having our lunch at. my mother and friends were spending their 3 hours singing karaoke in the bus, while i am watching drama on my laptop xD
and finally, we reached our seafood restaurant at 12.20pm. anyway, this lunch was included in our tour package. haha. had a big feast. i love the prawn and chicken alot alot!!
after eating, we went back to our bus. our next destination will be a temple. haha. our first temple visiting for the day. i had never been to that temple before and they had super nice scenery. ahhhh!~

and finally, we reached our first temple at 2.30pm. it's big and beautiful. we took lots of pictures... so beware of photo spamming below!!

well, they were actually looking at the durian tree. haha.
haha. they were hoping that the durian will dropped down, but too bad. durian season not here yet. haha. they can only see but can't eat. tsk tsk.

back to the bus, and we were brought to our second temple. heard that there's a 灵龟 there. the turtle appeared at the temple on its own. and then it "ran away from home" and went missing for a few months. and all of a sudden it went back to the temple again. haha.
the news appeared all around the newspaper in Malaysia and it attracted lots of tourists/visitors to the temple.

and finally, we ended our temple tour and were brought to the Jonker's street - Night Market at Malacca. haha. i've been looking forward for this night market since morning. haha.
it's another 2 hours to reach Jonker's Street. we spent our 2 hours watching Ip Man 2 in the bus xD haha.
and finally, we reached Jonker's Street at 7pm. we went to have dinner first before shopping over there.
we decided to have chicken rice for dinner. dine in at Malacca very famous Chicken Rice Ball shop house. but we tried the normal chicken rice instead of the rice ball. anyway, the chicken was not really that good.
we ordered additional sambal fish and wan ton soup.
after eating, we were only left with like 45 minutes to shop. so rush. arghh, why wasn't our hotel nearby?!?!

and yay... i managed to buy a handphone pouch and a bag there before rushing back to the bus. at least i didn't leave the place empty-handed xD
finally get to check in to our hotel, Hotel Ninety Six, at 8.40pm.
anyway, we made ALOT of noise when we were all waiting at the lobby area.

the organiser helped all of us to check in. she took quite some time because there's like the whole entire bus of people. and finally, we got the key ready and off we go to our room.
our was a triple room with 2 single bed and 1 mattress for me xD
we unpacked our stuffs, and the 3 of us were fighting for the toiletbowl. we always had stomachache when we ate Malaysia's food. stomach too used to Singapore food le!! haha.
and my mother they all more pro. they played mahjong in the room. my mother brought mini mahjong, no big table, a small round table also can!!!! kudos to them.

and as for me. hahaha. there's wireless in the room!!! i managed to get connected and go online. lol. it's like one of the best news to me. i never expected to be able to go online in the room. HURRAY!!
and one by one, all my parent's friends gathered themselves in our room. and then, there were like 11 people inside the room. haha. all in their sleeping attire. lol.

mahjong session ended at 12am plus. and SWEET DREAM!!
