Drink drink @ Nightwatch

hey yo!~ it's a Friday, and the best part is... it's Good Friday, a public holiday! how wonderful!! Eugene planned like long long ago to have a drink drink session on this free day of ours, in one of a pub which he recommended. yeah, somewhere near Bugis.

had dinner first with Eugene, Seok Chin and Rui Feng lao da! haha, and then out to wait for Eugene's friend, Lynn. yea Eugene brought one of his friend to join us too! and that's when the Triple J name came about, as we introduced ourselves as Justin, Jeff and Jermine! hahaha.

walked from Bugis Junction to Nightwatch, just a very short distance, we waited for Eugene and Lynn to finish their puff first before going in. as we, the triple J, are non-smoker! yoyo..YO!~ we don't smoke, dude!~

well, it can be considered as my first time drinking beer. when i hang out with my poly friends, we usually go for hard liquor, hardly go for beer, and i rarely drink okay! haha. it's normally when we went for class chalet or what then i drink, i'm not those hardcore drinkers who need to drink like every week. mai siao eh!!!~

so today was my first time trying it, so bitter for the first sip. but i don't know how i ended up finishing the whole cup of it. haha. the place was pretty interesting with lots of activities, like pool table, karaoke, shooting dart and more drink drink drink!! i can't play pool and i didn't try shooting dart before. obviously i'm targeting the karaoke, heh!~

and after pool, obviously the next things to do is to drink. back to our table and we played poker card and dice game. Sandy, one of the girl who worked there, came to our table and joined us play . she introduced us the poker game which was pretty interesting, each card with different colour and different number, we have to do different things.

for example, the number 1 - 4 card, indicates the number of sip we have to drink. cannot remember much, but number 6 is the toilet card and number 7 is 7-up card. the rest of the number, oops... i forgotten already hahaha. and then followed by the dice game, "calling for four-six, nooo, i think you lied! open open!!" hahaha. okay, abit complicated huh! i learned quite long to fully understand how to play :)

but i love the mixing drink part. we got a chance to randomly put whatever we wanted into the half cup of beer. and the unlucky one who picked the King card, had to drink the entire cup of beer! haha.

well, after a few rounds of games. we decided to proceed up to level 2 for dart shooting. the only 2 person who played before are Eugene and Rui Feng. Seok Chin and me were first time playing, and incredibly. we both scored the top 2 highest score. awesome heh!~ he got the highest, while i'm the second. not bad sia, it's our first time playing wor. hahaha.

after shooting, back down to level 1 to drink. seriously, i think Lao Da is a very good drinker. he spammed beer like plain water, and he got no impact at all. still very sober and nothing goes to him, not even a slight giddiness. for me, i already felt like floating! lol. i think he needed more alcoholic drink! haha

seriously, like what Eugene said, he couldn't take beer. hard liquor was nothing to him, but beer made him half dead. he vomited right outside the moment we left the place. he was really drunk, so we just flagged a cab for him, and dumped him inside the cab on his own back to his home. haha.

and as for the rest of us, we were left there in the middle of the night. not early, not late at 4am. loitering around, homeless kids!! Lynn have work the following morning, and so all of us decided to take a cab and send her back to her house at Serangoon for supper/breakfast.

indeed, there's really stall opened at that hour selling beehoon/noodle/kway teow as breakfast. they were early for business, while we were partying the whole night. haha.

we walked Lynn back to her home and then the 3 of us, back to homeless kids again. stayed around at some void deck waiting for first train to operate. walked to Serangoon and all took purple line home! haha

i felt bloated now!!! off to sleep, to catch back my lost sleep!~

PAYM Appreciation Night

it's one month plus after the Chingay performance, and as promised, to thank for all the hardworks and effort we put in for the past 4 months, PAYM organised this Appreciation Night for all participants of PAYM Chingay and City Alive!

finally, a night for the chairperson and all the choreographers, dancers and participants to party together the whole night. we accessed the Sentosa Boardwalk and walked to the Azzura Beach Club at Siloso Beach.

we found Azzura Beach Club finally, and the queue was seriously long when we reached. it was 6pm, and yet they haven't opened the door for entry. it was more than half an hour of waiting, when they finally allowed us to go in.

we have to show them the e-mail they sent to us as a proof because this party is only opened for invited guests. they also checked our IC for our age, below 18 will be given a pink wrist-tag, and above 18 will be given blue wrist-tag. underages were not allowed to order alcoholic drinks xD. hahaha

lol. after almost an hour of queueing, we finally stepped inside the Azzura Beach Club. it's actually linked to Siloso Beach, just that our turf was surrounded with barrier, so that outside people were unable to sneak in and kpo-kpo join us. haha. today was strictly for invited guests only xD

i was actually more into the wide spread of buffet foods provided there. i am very hungry because i came with an empty stomach :D obviously since they indicated in the email that there's a lot of foods provided, i should not waste it, came with an empty stomach is the best way to show my support to the foods out there =D

after dinner, we went around looking for familiar faces, looking for friends who we have made during the past 4 months, time to catch up and of course, to take pictures! after today's big gathering, i don't know when is the next time we can meet up with one another.

looked like today is really the last time we, the PAYM participants, get together as a whole.

and soon, it's PARTY time. while waiting for the guest-of-honour to come, we just repeatedly dance our Chingay dance, music just kept playing and we can dance till we drop. lol.

after the arrival of the guest-of-honour, it's performance time. some dancers formed up their own team and volunteered to put up performance for us. first team up was our friends, Amirul's and his teammates, performance. love their team the most xD i support and root for their group

and next, it's video time, reminiscing the past 4 months that all of us spent together. we worked, we played, we practiced, we trained, we rehearsed, we stressed, we sweat and we danced together. 4 months of hardwork, just for that 2 days of performances.

we went to order our free flow of drinks. didn't really wanted to take any alcoholic drinks although we have already reached the eligible age. nah, not today. i don't wanna get drunk and walked home floating lol. cranberry drink for me will do xD

and yeah, we managed to find more and more of our friends there. nice to see them once again. it has been a month since we last met with each other. we saw Benjamin, but sadly Jia Yun wasn't here today.

looks like the PAYM Appreciation Night today really marked everything to a perfect zero. Goodbye Chingay 2011, hopefully there's still PAYM Chingay 2012 xD
