well, the 3rd sports for the year. CDJ's cup for Badminton. i have not been playing badminton ever since i left poly, finally a time to start training back for the tournament.
this was also a time that we CCSD friends bond and interact with each others. booking weekly courts to train and pair up with our partners.
the tournament was held at Police Cantonment Sports Hall. and yea, this was actually my first time stepping into PCC. a pretty big and spacious place that can fit in like 3 badminton courts. but seriously, there's alot of hidden talents in SubCts. You would never know those judges who are like so serious during work, but can play until so crazy during the match.
and yeah, hahah i lost the game. my competitors were way too strong for us to handle. lol. but overall, it was indeed a good game. friendly match yo!~

Subordinate Courts Cohesion Day, and i am working on that saturday morning. my colleague, Winnie, was on MC and i was "chosen" to cover her saturday duty =S.
but anyway, it's okay. she's going to cover my saturday duty for this month xD and we were so rush to finish our closing because we have to fly down to Fort Canning for the Cohesion Day.
those working on that saturday, and are driving will car pool their colleagues to Fort Canning. and how fortunate that CDJ (Chief District Judge) car pool us there. Lol.
had some snack there before we were brought in to the hall for some indoor activities. started off with some ice breaking game. and the hall was in complete mess with people.
next game, i was selected to be the Superhero, Xue Ni as the Fairy Godmother, Hetty as the photographer, Lisa as the treasurer + balloon person, etc.

coming up for the next activity, each team have to use balloons and straws to build the highest tower. and then to get more gold coins, we can combine with other team, the more team the more gold coins we will get.
i think till the end, the whole entire 40 teams combined their balloons together. from table 1 combined and combined and combined all the way until table 44. and it was messy like one kind!~ we used masking tape, string, whatever we could find to combine all together. so fun xD
after the afternoon tea break, we proceeded out for outdoor activities. and we have to do the below list of activites and take a photo as a proof to show that we have done that activity. the more we do, the more gold coins/bars.

anyway, half way through the game, it was so funny when we suddenly found out that one of our team member, Mr Tan, is actually SDR (Senior Deputy Registrar). he was sooo friendly and nice =D
everyone looked pretty surprised that he's SDR. he doubled our age but was so full of energy, we were already running out of breath and he still can walk very fast. after realising that he's SDR, we, the youngster, quickly started running towards him, to show him that we are not weakling =X

after the game, everyone was soo tired and thirsty. quickly get our points calculated and then proceed to have our Buffet Dinner xD
ohhhh, and i love the Buffet!!!

and i didn't had lunch with Xue Li and Cassandra either. i went to have lunch with my parents. they were buying lots of things around the area, so they waited until 1pm for me.. hahaha. i have free lunch!~.
ohhh. my mother helped me to buy new
red ez-link card. it's time for me to keep my red ngee ann poly student ezlink card already. did not use that to exchange for new card. i don't want my card to be retained by them!!
the queue for that was super long. everywhere was pasting LAST CALL for card exchange, whatever. there's long queue when they just started on the card exchange, and now there's still long queue for the last few days of exchange. KAN-CHEONG singaporeans and LAST-MINUTE singaporeans. hahaha.
