Nights Out @ The Coffee Club

this was a very random night out with my poly girls after work/school, i realised i rarely meet up with them this whole year. anyway, we kind of keep changing the meeting location. final meeting place was set to be at Holland Village xD

and thanks Linnet for giving me a ride there as she reached there pretty early, so she purposely looped her way in to my house area and picked me up.

we had a hard time deciding on our chill-out place. there's so many pubs, cafes, restauants with nice ambience for us to relax and enjoy. Linnet and me walked and walked, and finally we reached to a dead-end that we couldn't go on any further, so we just head in to The Coffee Club which happened to be just beside us =D

anyway, Liting was complaining that the lighting of where we seated was horrible, so we switched from one place to another =.=", to get a perfect lighting just for her to take photos of herself lol.

and the lizards there totally freaked us out. those on the wall and ceiling on especially. they were long, big and fat! plus the lights on the wall which made them looked so transparent?! we were so worried that it might just dropped down and land on us =S

and we also saw one baby lizard on the floor, which was not moving at all. yea, we used the legs of the chair to touch it, Liting threw packet and packet of sugar on it to see whether is it dead? yeah, it's still not moving, so we assumed it was dead already.

and here comes the best and wonderful part. lol. we were there waiting for our foods to be served and totally ignored the presence of the assumed-is-dead lizard.

all of a sudden, Liting and me saw the baby lizard was actually moving it's head. as if it just woke up from some concussion. and we were arguing with Linnet that it was not dead. our voice got louder and louder and then Linnet finally saw the lizard moving, and our voice got even louder.

i think the waitress there couldn't stand our nonsense, and she came forward, used her feet to stepped on the baby lizard, dragged her feet front and back twice, smiled at us, and she walked off back to serving customers.

the 3 of us were in a state of shock for at 5 seconds before waking up to the reality. the first thing i realised was the lizard was gone, i bet it got stuck underneath her shoe. poor thing, it was really dead now =/

anyway, we were not that hungry, so we just ordered random foods and share together. i forgot what we ordered, hmm... a bowl of mushroom soup, a bowl of fries, duck salad and seafood spaghetti. i think so!~

CNY Day 3 @ Liting's house

大年初三
Liting invited us to her house for Chinese New Year. i was having Dim Sum with my family in the morning, this time round my mother's treat xD. haha.

after that i was stuck in between whether to take bus or take MRT to Woodlands. if take MRT, which direction to go? if go by City Hall, need loop super big round the city area, if take towards Jurong East, it's like another looping. i'm like stuck in the very centre of the MRT line, so fed up, that i just board 961 when the bus appeared infront of me. haha.

oh yeah, finally i got to see Honey, and i introduced myself to her that i'm Lemon, so the both of us made Honey Lemon. LOL. and Honey can't stop sticking out it's tongue to lick me. my leg, hands, and my face were full of it's saliva =S. and Honey BARKED at me!!!!!

oh ya, Xiaoxiong is now known as Barley, and Orville as Peanut Butter. so the 4 of us....

haha. anyway, we started to gamble at around 4pm and all the way until 8 plus. bet small small 10cents, 20 cents only!!!

and slowly we bet bigger and bigger. lol. that's the Chinese New Year Spirit mah!! like that MORE FUN!!!

i started my capital of $3, and in the middle of the game when i got more and more greedy, and then i lost all my capital, i still have to go my wallet and dig out more money out to pay my losses. not long after, i lost $12, my poor container only left 15cents. LOL.

everyone have been EYEING on the Jackpot money to win!!

when finally, i got 2 very good card, and decided to try my luck, because i have like 80% chances of winning. so i bet $10 for that round. it was super risky because if i was unlucky enough and chose the wrong card, i will have to pay double the amount i bet for, which is $20!!!

and i was lucky to win that round, finally win back my $10 that the jackpot fund had eaten!!! and at the end of the game, i managed to win back all my capital and overall i won $3.20!!!! yeah!~

Ah Wong's mother cooked dinner for us, and i challenged Xiaoxiong in removing the prawn's shell using fork and spoon only. lol. it was a draw and the last round i won, and poor him have to eat my unfinished rice xD

and and and. last game before we go home. a super violent Scissor Paper Stone!!

left Ah Wong's house at around 10.20pm and she drove us to the interchange. and i ran a final 200m to catch my 963 home!! haha. managed to catch it, and reached home at 11.20pm.

Meeting up

finally got to meet up with Ah Wong, Haya and Linnet after so long. i walked from Chinatown Point to Suntec City after work, while Linnet will be driving Ah Wong and Haya there.

the distance wasn't very long, but i walked for 30 minutes. and i reached earlier than them. XD

we did not manage to have a group picture. actually we were supposed to have at least one. we were using Ah Wong's handphone to take the photo, set the timer for 10 seconds, was down there posing already. and at that very very last second, the camera almost flashed...... Qi Xian called. and there goes our photo. =D

so... only can make use of the toilet mirror. =)

went Arcade play after that. challenged the basketball game, and i got the last position, with only 105 points, Haya 106 points and Ah Wong 107 points. pathetically, our 3 score added together also cannot win Linnet's score. she one person got 337 points loh. proooo~

and then, Ah Wong and Linnet were hooked in playing the "catching toys" game.

they were spending a bomb there in just one machine, was changing tokens non-stop. haha. Ah Wong was eyeing on that big Halloween Pooh Bear. you just need to catch 10 of that red colour sweets and you can exchange for it already.

she was sooo enthu in catching that Pooh. and finally, we managed to catch it. with Ah Wong and Linnet both spent $30 each, and me $12.50, Haya forked in a few dollars as well. so in other word, this bear costed $70++.

and during the process, we managed to catch a few small bear and one stitch for Haya. and also 2 big bags of mentos sweet. haha. $70 plus for all these~

i saw this chick that i liked alot. Ah Wong and Linnet were trying to help me win it, but this one was more tougher to catch than the others. tried alot of time, but still couldn't catch it. sigh, have to give up. if not, we wil spent even more~ haha

it was almost ten when we sat here and listened to Linnet's "nagging" =X. oh ya, main purpose was to wait or Qi Xian. he was on his way here.. and then the best part was, he was asking the location where Linnet parked her car. and Linnet told him her car plate number asking him to go search the car.

Qi Xian was driving round and round and couldn't find her car. so when we reached the car park, Linnet realised she gave the wrong car plate number. lol. you see, she don't know her own car plate number. tskkkk.

and now she REMEMBERED by heart already.

after that, Linnet, together with Haya, drove back to King Albert's Part to fetch her sister home. while i sat on Qi Xian's car, together with Ah Wong, to send me home T_T.

sooo sad.. i have work tomorrow, ON A SATURDAY somemore!!! while the rest meet again after sending me home. so nice~ can stayed out until late late!!!
